#About the gig

 

We’re looking for a Growth Manager in Bogotá that will help us launch our Bogotá campus. The Growth Manager will work closely with the General Manager for Bogotá and will be in charge of improving Ironhack’s brand awareness in Colombia and acquiring qualified leads that will become students. She/he will design and implement marketing strategies to grow our Bogotá campus (inbound and outbound marketing, online and offline).  To do so, she/he will be in charge of :

 

  • Analyzing all aspects of our marketing/sales funnel to identify the areas for improvement, think of experiments and test them to raise Conversion Rate where it needs to be raised

  • The whole events strategy for the campus : planning, organizing and analyzing big tech events to acquire leads and improve our brand

  • Sourcing and closing local and national partnerships that will help us meet our growth objectives and strengthen our brand

  • The whole content strategy, from creation to implementation : articles, videos, podcasts,...

  • Working closely with our PR agency to ensure Ironhack’s press coverage

  • Implementing all of our Social Media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, …) both organic and paid, hand in hand with the paid channels manager

  • Working with our Global VP of Marketing on certain projects that impact our global growth initiatives

  • Managing at least one growth intern and possibly a full time growth associate

Requirements

#Is this you?

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a growth / marketing  or related field (tech and startup experience an asset)

  • You are a creative and strategic thinker

  • You are comfortable analyzing metrics, running A/B experiments and working with industry-standard marketing tools

  • Extremely organized and take a methodical approach to solving any kind of problem

  • You are super ambitious and motivated

  • You’re passionate about education or technology…even better if both!

  • Really positive. You smile often and are fun to work with :)

  • You like challenges and enjoy having tons of autonomy with no bureaucratic BS - ie you are able to make a plan, present it, and execute it

  • The moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done. 100% doer attitude

  • Strong communication skills. You’re comfortable with drafting a memo, making a 20 minute presentation to an audience or conducting interview with journalists.

  • Fluent in English
