You’ll be working amount the Marketing Global Team (based in Paris/Madrid/Barcelona/Berlin or Amsterdam)  and will report directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible of overseeing the content marketing initiatives across all platforms (blog, website, CRM campaigns, social media etc.) of Ironhack. 


Your objective is to come up with ambitious & creative content strategies to engage and drive impactful & successful marketing campaigns. For this you will be working closely with Campus Growth Managers, CRM Manager, Graphic Designer & other involved teams.


Responsibilities include:

  • You have a passion for creating and managing social media and content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results

  • You will lead the creation, implementation & execution of the content marketing strategy across multiple platforms

  • You will work closely with the CRM Manager to create impactful and successful email campaigns to engage and convert prospective students

  • You are obsessed with growing communities and want to create content for Ironhack’s blog and social media communities.

  • You are an SEO expert and know how to create content that rocks!

  • You will measure and analyse the effectiveness of the content created

  • Implement and execute the brand guidelines and voice to the content creation

  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams

Requirements

#Is this you?

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • A minimum of two years social media experience with B2C organizations

  • An established track record of developing successful working relationships with bloggers and other social press

  • Experience developing a 360° content marketing strategy including podcasts, webcasts, video, mobile and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Meetup, etc)

  • Experience with social media monitoring tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.); familiarity with salesforce.com is a plus.

  • SEO expert

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills

  • Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Access
