#About the Gig
We’re looking for a highly personable Admissions Manager in Paris who resonates with our mission and can strategically attract / select high potential students to enroll in our program.
The Admissions Manager will be responsible for:
Drive the different steps of the Admissions process of all applicants for all our bootcamps. Assist all applicants in understanding the content of the bootcamp, what they can achieve afterwards and the different financing options they are eligible for.
Being the voice of Ironhack - attending networking events and speaking engagements in the local tech community to build connections, increase brand awareness, and position yourself as a thought leader in the space.

You have 2-5+ years worth of experience in admissions, sales, or business development.
Goal + results-driven; the moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done.
Persistent, methodical, and disciplined at following up with a large number of leads from various sources; can create systems to maintain and stay on top of the sales funnel by prioritizing tasks.
Outstanding written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills (e.g. being an effective listener, articulating the vision of the company, and being able to modify your message depending on who you’re speaking to). Able to build great relationships in-person, by phone, and email. You should feel genuinely interested in helping our applicants make their educational goals become a reality.
Team player - we’re big on collaborating to grow.
You’re able to thrive in the sometimes chaotic early stage startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy. You should also be incredibly organized, a critical thinker, and possess a can-do positive attitude, with an exceptional work ethic.
Passionate about the tech space - you enjoy learning about tech and how the EdTech space is evolving.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
